We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns if the package has been opened or the product has been used. Please thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival before opening any sealed packaging.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and gladly replace the item.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange a return and issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
